Physician Assistant - Primary Care FMP

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Hybrid schedule with potential remote work options after full training; Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
• Assess patients, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver direct patient care for approximately 50% of working hours.
• Coordinate and communicate patient care for the remaining working time.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and the wider care team.
• Work independently while contributing to a collegial practice.

Requirements

• Certified Physician Assistant.
• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
