What you will do

• Manage an established panel of primary care patients.
• Develop longitudinal relationships with patients and address their needs through same-day and scheduled appointments.
• Provide outpatient family medicine and proactive preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practitioners as part of an integrated care team.
• Support high-quality, efficient, and people-focused care for the Cape Cod community.
• Participate in a collaborative physician-led practice and continue developing clinical expertise.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or approved physician assistant program.
• Previous physician assistant experience in primary care or a similar clinical setting is preferred.
• Current physician assistant license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to work cooperatively with healthcare stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
