hirify.global provides engineering support for US Navy and Missile Defense Agency programs through its System Engineering Group.

What you will do

  • Lead major engineering projects and oversee technical development by engineering staff.
  • Coordinate work across trajectory, RF, CAD, design, and software disciplines to deliver consistent products.
  • Manage project schedules, requirements mapping, verification and validation planning, milestones, and budget execution.
  • Review technical products, documentation, briefings, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal and external milestone reviews with customers and program management.
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap and identify new capability development areas.

Requirements

  • US citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance are required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, aerospace, mechanical, electrical, computer science, physics, applied mathematics, or a similar STEM discipline.
  • At least 7 years of total work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in model and simulation development.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading projects and teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience developing and presenting briefing materials.

Nice to have

  • Active or current DoD Secret clearance or higher and a relevant master’s degree.
  • Experience working with the US Navy, MDA, and DoD contractors in a digital development environment.
  • Threat engineering experience covering missile trajectories, RF and IR signatures, CAD, phenomenology, and electronic attack and protection.
  • Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of aerospace and defense systems technologies.
