Insurance Client Service Associate (Entry-level)

Location: In-office five days a week at the Birmingham, Alabama office

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support to the Property & Casualty team and clients, responding to online service inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support account renewals and onboarding by coordinating service plans, timelines, and responsibilities across departments.
• Prepare RFPs, client presentations, renewal documents, stewardship meeting materials, and other deliverables.
• Assist with certificates of insurance, COI uploads, ImageRight file setup, schedule formatting, and loss run requests.
• Participate in external marketing campaigns and support assigned accounts, the Marketing Lead, and Senior Client Manager.
• Maintain workflow logs, proposals, records, and documentation while managing priorities and special projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Copilot, and presentation software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, changing priorities, and deadlines while working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.

Nice to have

• Previous insurance industry experience.
• College degree.
