What you will do

• Determine and implement cost-accounting procedures aligned with industry best practices.
• Prepare cost reports, perform costing audits, and support internal and external financial reviews.
• Establish standard costs for new products with engineering and production teams.
• Monitor material, labor, and overhead variances, including price variances and overhead recovery.
• Analyze cost drivers and trends to support operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering teams to maintain accurate cost structures and requisition coding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and overhead allocation.
