Logistics Analyst (Retail Transportation)

What you will do

• Support retail transportation from distribution centers to stores and outbound shipments from stores.
• Monitor carrier performance against transit-time and pickup/delivery standards.
• Manage shipment exceptions, including pickups, delays, and delivery issues.
• Maintain store delivery visibility tools and support implementation of the Tory Vision application.
• Coordinate carrier RFP processes and act as a liaison between transportation providers, store operations, and allocation teams.
• Evaluate the delivery network to identify cost and transit-time improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred but not required.
• 0–2 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Copilot, with familiarity with Excel macros.
• Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI is preferred.
