Supply Chain Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze inventory trends, identify discrepancy root causes, and implement process improvements.
• Direct supplier actions involving expediting, prioritization, risk management, and corrective measures.
• Track supplier performance, create vendor scorecards, onboard suppliers, and maintain supplier records.
• Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data from SAP and internal systems.
• Design and refine supply chain KPIs, analytical frameworks, and leadership dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or 4+ years of supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/SUMIF, and charts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence for work subject to ITAR/EAR restrictions and must not require sponsorship.
• Ability to work in facility environments, walk and stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, use PPE when required, and occasionally work off-hours or weekends.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems; training will be provided.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
