TL;DR
Analyst II, Supply Chain (Automotive): Developing and improving supply forecasts, replenishment plans, product allocations, and planning reports for OEM and non-OEM products with an accent on demand analysis, supplier lead times, inventory, and logistics constraints. Focus on building statistical forecast models, optimizing purchasing and customer service levels, and improving ERP-based planning processes.

Location: Sealy, Texas, United States; reliable, consistent on-site attendance required

What you will do

  • Analyze customer demand signals and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop consensus forecasts.
  • Build, evaluate, and improve statistical forecasts using sales trends, demand drivers, product life cycles, seasonality, lead times, and logistics constraints.
  • Coordinate replenishment and purchasing decisions to improve customer service while managing inventory, order-cycle time, and system costs.
  • Optimize product allocation during supply constraints and identify improvements in manual and system-based allocation processes.
  • Coordinate product launches, end-of-life activities, and transitions while balancing sales requirements and obsolescence.
  • Develop reports, query and analyze data, reconcile variances, and recommend improvements to ERP-based planning processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, plus 3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or a similar ERP system and MRP/DRP systems.
  • Proficiency in statistics and forecasting, with an understanding of operational and financial impacts.
  • SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and/or advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional certification preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
