Integration Lead, Bioassay COE (LIMS)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid 70/30 work model with 70% in-office collaboration. Only U.S. persons are eligible due to U.S. export control requirements.

Salary: $145,900–$234,200 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain LIMS, Scitara DLX, LabX, Hamilton, Chromeleon, and LES systems.
• Design, build, and deploy Scitara DLX integration workflows connecting analytical instruments, middleware, LIMS, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop pipeline configurations, function transforms, automated reporting, audit trails, error handling, and data integrity checks.
• Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, incident resolution, system upgrades, patch validation, and regression testing.
• Assess, test, and qualify new instrument integrations while authoring and executing validation documentation.
• Collaborate with laboratory users and IT, provide technical support and training, and maintain documentation, version control, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or a relevant discipline.
• More than 10 years of experience implementing, integrating, and maintaining laboratory informatics systems in GxP-regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with Scitara DLX, LIMS, Hamilton, SoftMax, LabX, Chromeleon CDS, and system-to-system LIMS integrations.
• Strong coding and scripting experience with JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and SQL.
• Experience designing, validating, and deploying digital laboratory solutions for automation, data integrity, and analytical or QC operations.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under U.S. export control laws; non-U.S. persons cannot be sponsored for an export control license.
