IT Asset Management Lead (Biotech)

Location: Somerset, New Jersey, United States. Onsite at 2101 Cottontail Lane, 5 days per week, 40 hours per week, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $106,267 per year. Base pay range: $106,267–$106,267 USD. Performance-based bonus and/or equity may be available for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Plan and implement IT asset lifecycle strategies aligned with business and security policies.
• Manage CMDB asset inventory, maintain data accuracy, and conduct audits.
• Oversee the full IT asset lifecycle from acquisition through decommissioning.
• Develop and enforce IT asset policies, processes, and governance controls.
• Manage IT subscriptions and supplier contracts while optimizing asset usage and costs.
• Collaborate with business partners, suppliers, and audit teams to ensure compliance and organizational alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Data Analysis, business, finance, or a related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Onsite availability in Somerset, New Jersey, five days per week is required.
• Ability to manage IT asset inventories, lifecycle processes, governance controls, subscriptions, and supplier contracts.
