Insurance Sales Specialist

Location: Onsite in Melville, New York; no relocation aid provided

Salary: $50,000–$60,937 per year

What you will do

• Recruit new insurance agents and engage existing agents to build positive working relationships.
• Support agents as they contract with health insurance carriers.
• Help agents grow their business through the organization.
• Process contract requests and proposals while maintaining accurate data.
• Collaborate with mentors, agencies, agents, the sales team, and internal departments.
• Complete data entry, typing, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements

• Insurance experience is preferred.
• Recruitment or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong initiative and a self-starter mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Office.
• Must work onsite in Melville, New York; relocation assistance is not provided.
