Focus on building customer partnerships, expanding RF, UHF, VHF, and SATCOM capabilities, and solving complex program execution and pipeline-growth challenges.

What you will do
- Direct planning and execution of mission-critical RF and wireless technology programs valued at $10M or more.
- Lead, mentor, and develop program staff while establishing accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage profit and loss, financial risk, indirect and program budgets, and EAC/ETC tracking.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for COTRs and government stakeholders.
- Lead proposal responses, capture milestone reviews, strategic partnerships, pipeline development, and technical roadmapping.
- Expand capabilities across RF, UHF, VHF, SATCOM, and related technologies while transitioning research into operations.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
- 12+ years of experience in program management, technical management, or systems engineering in the defense and intelligence sector.
- Knowledge of reverse engineering, embedded systems, vulnerability research, and AI evaluation frameworks and tools.
- Experience managing profit and loss, financial risk, $10M+ program scope, EAC/ETC tracking, and proposal capture.
- Demonstrated success leading full-lifecycle capture and proposal efforts to achieve revenue growth.
Nice to have
- Expertise in complex radio and RF systems evaluation, signal characterization, protocol and waveform analysis, hardware interfaces, and firmware behavior.
- Experience with software-defined radios, SATCOM, IoT, tactical communications, and research-to-operations transitions.
- PMP certification or an advanced technical degree in engineering or computer science.
