Warehouse Automation Operator (Robotics)

Location: Lithia Springs, Georgia, United States; onsite warehouse role. Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule, including possible weekends or additional hours as business needs dictate.

Salary: $21.25–$30.75 per hour, plus a $1.50 shift differential.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on automated warehouse machines, robots, conveyor systems, palletizing equipment, wrapping systems, and LGVs.
• Read instructions and HMI displays, troubleshoot basic technical issues, perform minor repairs, and report equipment anomalies.
• Monitor robot activity and system bottlenecks, conduct pre-shift inspections, and support warehouse and automation audits.
• Schedule and coordinate periodic and preventative maintenance with supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Perform shipping, receiving, inventory-related computer transactions, and product rework required by quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while training and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma, technical degree, or relevant certification.
• At least 2 years of robotic programming and troubleshooting experience, plus 3–5 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Forklift and scissor lift certification, or ability to become certified.
• Practical experience with hand tools and machine shop tools; strong mechanical aptitude and computer skills.
• Ability to read and write instructions in English.
• Ability to move products, supplies, and boxes weighing up to 75 lbs and perform extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and crouching.

Nice to have

• Industrial fork truck experience.
• Experience with conveyors or automated distribution and warehousing technologies.
