Robot Repair Technician (Semiconductor Automation)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States; primarily onsite in a clean-room or repair-facility setting

Base salary range: $27.64–$37.39 USD, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair complex issues in robots, equipment, and devices using advanced tools and techniques.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, final testing, and quality checks before equipment returns to service.
• Document repairs, parts used, maintenance activities, and service results in logs and reports.
• Communicate repair status, completion estimates, and additional service needs to customers.
• Manage repair-parts, tools, and supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Mentor less experienced technicians and collaborate with other departments while enforcing safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a repair or technical role.
• Strong knowledge of repair tools, equipment, and techniques, with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company applications.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and bend for extended periods, and handle small parts and tools precisely.
• Ability to work primarily in a clean-room environment or repair facility and follow required PPE and safety procedures.
