Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Salary: $67,000–$87,000 per year

What you will do

• Support annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly account analysis.
• Analyze departmental operating expenses and report trends to department heads and office leaders.
• Review financial information and develop insights for business decisions.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation, track expenses, and assist with reclassifications.
• Refine financial models and support quarterly management reporting.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounting colleagues and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud, or a comparable ERP solution; BI tools such as Power BI are relevant.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
