Business Support Financial Analyst (Finance)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa; hybrid work arrangements. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

What you will do

• Partner with Business Support leaders to develop operating and financial strategies.
• Build financial models for annual budgets and longer-term plans, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze business unit performance against financial plans, identify trends and opportunities, and support improvement plans.
• Quantify financial and operational impacts to support strategic decisions and recommend revenue growth or cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare monthly reports and partner with business units and data analytics teams to create interactive reports and dashboards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and promote data-driven practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• New college graduates or finance professionals with 1–3 years of finance and accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and present complex information clearly.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, stakeholder influence, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools; experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CPA or CFA certification.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
