What you will do

• Design and implement genome editing strategies using CRISPR-Cas9.
• Perform PCR, cloning, and DNA/RNA extraction.
• Maintain and culture cell lines.
• Collect and analyze experimental data.
• Collaborate with investigators and team members across the institution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Basic understanding of molecular biology techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• No prior experience required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRISPR-Cas9 technology; training is provided.
• Experience with cell culture.
• Interest in learning new technologies.
