Solution Delivery Consultant – Clinical

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Travel of up to 20% may be required, with occasional extended or irregular hours to support clients across multiple time zones and go-live periods.

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to understand clinical workflows and translate them into system requirements.
• Configure clinical workflows, forms, supporting dictionaries, and other myAvatar components.
• Build, test, validate, and troubleshoot solutions across pre-production and production environments.
• Communicate implementation progress, system functionality, risks, and issues to clients and project leadership.
• Support client workshops, training sessions, and go-live activities.
• Contribute to workflow optimization, delivery-method improvements, and configuration documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the office at the headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least one year of healthcare information technology, systems management implementation, or consulting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, decision-making, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global EHR solutions.
• Experience in clinical, human services, long-term care, or senior living industries.
• Clinical setting experience in behavioral health, acute care, residential, or outpatient environments.
