Clinical Consultant II - BH, LTACH, IRF, SNF, IDD

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Applicants for this U.S.-based position must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel of up to 50% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead clinical aspects of hirify.global solution implementations for post-acute care clients.
• Gather requirements, analyze clinical workflows, identify challenges, and translate findings into project deliverables.
• Review provider requests and recommend workflow improvements that support patient care, treatment plans, and health outcomes.
• Configure solutions, assess functionality, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Deliver hands-on client training to improve adoption and proficiency.
• Apply accreditation requirements, industry standards, and compliance practices throughout implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to transfer knowledge effectively in workplace, classroom, or other instructional environments.
• Strong understanding of accreditation requirements and applicable industry standards.
• Ability to assess clinical workflows and integrate best practices into project deliverables.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. Additional or irregular hours may be needed.

Nice to have

• Clinical license.
• Experience in behavioral health or intellectual and developmental disabilities settings.
• Experience with long-term acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or skilled nursing environments.
