Solution Consultant - Acute (Healthcare Tech)

Location: Onsite at the World Headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Travel of up to 20% may be required.

What you will do

• Support sales and business development teams in closing healthcare technology opportunities.
• Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with existing clients and prospective customers.
• Deliver technical demonstrations that explain solution features, benefits, and fit for client needs.
• Prepare statements of work and contribute to formal proposals.
• Recommend solutions and help clients optimize configurable workflows and technical functionality.
• Advise product and engineering teams on feature relevance, client workflows, adoption, and implementation challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare technology.
• Must work onsite in Overland Park, Kansas.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required at hire.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work additional or irregular hours as needed.
