Meditech Ambulatory Solution Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, United States; 75% travel required. Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

What you will do

• Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to improve the effective use of Meditech EHR systems.
• Deliver technical solutions aligned with client strategies and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Analyze system workflows, upgrades, changes, maintenance needs, and optimization opportunities.
• Support Meditech Clinical Ambulatory system build, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing support.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Experience using Meditech Clinical Ambulatory to optimize patient flows, bed tracking, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with clinical and administrative teams on throughput and patient bed placement workflows.
• Ability to identify improvement areas and design workflows that reduce bottlenecks and improve patient care.
• At least three years of relevant healthcare industry experience and previous ambulatory healthcare consulting experience.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, financial reporting accuracy, and project management skills.
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required; 75% travel required.

Nice to have

• RN certification preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
