Senior Clinical Consultant - Oracle Health

Location: US - National. Up to 100% travel may be required, and remote work flexibility depends on the assigned client engagement.

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle Health clinical or revenue cycle management solutions.
• Support, configure, implement, upgrade, and maintain business and clinical applications.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to optimize existing and new information technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues with client IT teams and vendors.
• Plan and execute unit, integrated, package, domain validation, and application testing.
• Lead project status meetings, document issues and solutions, and mentor client project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare and technical experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on build and implementation experience with an Oracle Health clinical or revenue cycle management solution.
• Experience with domain validation, package testing, application break/fix resolution, and designing, building, and testing system changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to new projects, teams, client procedures, and changing travel or living arrangements.
• Availability to work at any time, including nights and weekends, when required.
