Senior Consultant - Oracle Health Lab Solutions (Oracle Health)

Location: US - National. Up to 100% travel may be required, and remote work flexibility depends on the assigned client engagement.

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle Health laboratory solution projects, including workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and maintenance.
• Configure, implement, support, and optimize business and clinical applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical and functional issues with client IT teams and vendors.
• Analyze workflows, document issues and solutions, and identify opportunities to improve client systems.
• Plan and execute unit, integrated, package, and application testing, including test script execution.
• Mentor client project teams, lead project status meetings, and coordinate work with project leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare and technical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on build and implementation experience with Oracle Health Lab solutions, including PathNet General Lab, Blood Bank, Anatomic Pathology, Microbiology, or Outreach.
• Experience with domain validation, package testing, application break/fix resolution, and designing, building, and testing system changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to new projects, teams, client policies, and varying travel and living arrangements.
• Availability to work at any time, including nights and weekends, as needed.
