Chemical Operator- Emulsion

Location: Chicopee, Massachusetts, United States of America; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $52,740–$77,352 per year, plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Operate reactors, mixing tanks, holding tanks, valves, pumps, flow meters, filters, scales, and process monitoring equipment.
• Produce emulsions and biocide products while following quality, safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment.
• Support raw material unloading, inventory control, warehouse operations, and product shipments.
• Complete production documentation, process paperwork, and SAP transactions accurately and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment around chemicals and use required PPE.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and production equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP transactions.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, warehousing, or production.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory and production management systems.
