Customer Resolution Account Executive (Motor Trade)

Location: Onsite at the Bedford office, GB Bedford - Franklin Court, Bedford MK44 3JZ

What you will do

• Manage customer complaints from receipt through resolution, providing timely responses and maintaining accurate records.
• Investigate complaints, make fair decisions, and process payments or finance actions where required.
• Account-manage open complaints and liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams and maintain quality and service standards.
• Support continuous improvement of complaint-handling processes.
• Assist the Complaints Manager with reporting and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and complaint-handling abilities.
• Empathy, customer focus, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the motor trade, insurance, or customer service.
