Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting - EPN/EPS Physician Services - Full Time (Healthcare)

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 days in person and 3 days remote.

What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate annual budgeting and projection processes for Elliot Medical Group.
• Manage budget timelines, milestones, review meetings, and end-user training schedules.
• Lead budget training sessions for department heads.
• Review and analyze practice-level budgets and projections.
• Validate the accuracy of revenues, compensation, and expenses against expectations.
• Support operational and strategic objectives through financial planning, reporting, and variance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in budgeting or financial analysis within healthcare.
• 2 years of finance management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
