Senior Manager, Financial Operations (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Provide forward-looking financial and operational insights to hirify.global and practice leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, monthly budget tracking, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly financials, practice performance review packages, and internal and external presentations.
• Develop KPIs, analyze financial trends, and build dynamic financial models for executive decision-making.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and operational leaders.
• Manage a team of 1–2 Financial Operations analysts and support financial reporting tool improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5–7+ years of broad financial leadership or financial operations experience.
• Direct experience preparing executive materials and presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, collaboration, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a rapidly evolving business.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, physician practices, or a private equity-backed portfolio company.
• Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
