What you will do

• Review monthly financial results with practice and operations leadership and provide variance analysis.
• Partner with FP&A and the Physician Compensation Team on reporting, forecasting, and division-level insights.
• Act as the accounting liaison for practice administrators and physician leaders.
• Prepare location- and division-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Practice Accounting to maintain accurate reported results and resolve accounting inquiries.
• Improve reporting processes, support audits and compliance activities, and contribute to ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to translate technical financial results into actionable insights for non-financial audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Healthcare or multi-site organization experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification.
• Workday experience.
