TL;DR
Supply Chain Analyst (Data Analytics): Collecting and analysing supply chain data to improve planning, inventory management, fulfilment performance, and operational efficiency with an accent on reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and data quality. Focus on building Power BI and Tableau visualisations, automating analytics with Excel, SQL, Python/R and AI, and supporting S&OP and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will do
- Collect, validate, analyse, and interpret supply chain data from ERP, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, Workday, Zycus, and other business systems.
- Track orders, backlog, fulfilment, forecast accuracy, lead times, and delivery performance.
- Prepare monthly updates for Sales & Operations Planning, vertical reviews, commodity strategy presentations, and supply chain roadmaps.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment decisions, and data quality improvements.
- Build intuitive reports, dashboards, and visualisations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R, and related tools.
- Identify root causes, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, including through automation, AI-enabled solutions, Kaizen, and future factory events.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear actions.
- Understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, inventory, procurement, logistics, and fulfilment.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.
- Experience with Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, DAX, and semantic models.
- Experience with ERP or supply chain systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, business, data analytics, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or other data tools.
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, planning, or data analysis.
- CIPS, APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or Power BI certification.
