What you will do

• Own group reporting, modeling, and analytics across the globe, including prioritization and adoption metrics.
• Lead BI platform governance, including workspace structure and release management.
• Lead and line manage modeling, reporting, and Power BI staff, building a high-performing team.
• Define and enforce reporting standards, ensuring traceability from requirements to published reports.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape use cases and iterative plans.
• Enable self-service safely through training, templates, and approval workflows.

Requirements

• Expertise in enterprise BI delivery and operating models.
• Advanced technical skills in delivering reporting and analytics using Microsoft Azure, Synapse, and Power BI.
• Highly skilled in semantic modeling and building consistent metrics and reporting layers.
• Capability to lead product-style delivery with backlogs and stakeholder management.
• Strong data visualization and UX principles.
• High level of knowledge of data privacy and security considerations.
• Leadership, coaching, and skills.
• Working knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in analytics and reporting.
• Effective communicator with strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and lead through change.
• Strong executive written documentation, planning, and design governance.
• Passionate about data and innovative to enable hirify.global to stay ahead and implement global best practice.
• Bachelors Degree in data analytics, data science etc.
• Extensive experience in data reporting and analytics in a global organisation.
• Experience leading reporting/BI functions in a global enterprise environment.
• Experience in leadership and line management of a data reporting and analytics team driving high performance, accountability, innovation and the latest technology for automation, cost efficiency and innovation.
• Track record delivering executive and operational reporting with high adoption and measurable business impact.
• Extensive Experience implementing Microsoft Azure and Power BI products and governance and self-service frameworks at scale.
• In depth knowledge and practical implementation of compliance frameworks and global employment regulations.
• Knowledge of global data standardization frameworks for harmonizing data definitions, taxonomies, and formats across regions.
• It is mandatory that you have proven experience in data modelling, reporting and analytics for IFS (hirify.global’s enterprise ERP system) and extensive experience in financial and human hirify.globalources data, corporate services multiple system integration data architecture in a global context.
• Exposure to AI-assisted analytics capabilities and integration with governed data platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, alongside technical breadth in data modelling, reporting and analytics. Extensive experience briefing executive leaders and running reporting and analytics programmes across the world.
