What you will do

• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources into usable formats for analysis.
• Develop and maintain efficient data models, databases, and reporting systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to support strategic business decisions.
• Conduct statistical analysis and generate meaningful reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics for measuring business performance.
• Utilize Snowflake as the data source and ensure adherence to best practices for software development, including version control and coding standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of extensive experience as a Data Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, predictive modelling, and advanced machine learning algorithms.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working with Snowflake and designing/implementing data analytics strategies.

Nice to have

• Programming skills in Python/R for statistical analysis.
• Experience implementing data analytics solutions in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
