Lead Manufacturing Systems and Data Analytics (Power BI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end manufacturing performance analytics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain robust data models, ingestion pipelines, and transformation processes.
• Develop and maintain executive-level Power BI dashboards and administer Power BI Service and Apps.
• Automate data preparation and recurring reporting while ensuring data quality, reconciliation, governance, and documentation.
• Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of data science, analytics, data modeling, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with SAP BI (HSIMS), SAP Queries, SAP HANA, and SAP data structures for production, quality, finance, and controlling.
• Advanced Power BI Desktop experience, strong DAX capabilities, and expert Power Query (M) skills.
• Experience with Azure Databricks, SQL, Python, and integrating structured and semi-structured data from databases, APIs, and web services.
• Strong communication, cross-cultural interpersonal, and continuous improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics data models and cubes.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, structured tables, and VBA automation.
