What you will do

• Deliver regular reporting on Digital, Social, and Performance Marketing performance across the business.
• Develop reports to identify performance drivers and inform short-term trading actions.
• Analyze customer journey data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improved user experience.
• Provide behavioral analysis recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and content production.
• Collaborate with the Analytic Community to ensure data accuracy and leverage reporting best practices.

Requirements

• Experience influencing commercial teams up to director level.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics for data extraction and utilization.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
• Ability to work onsite in West London at least 2 days per week.
