Digital Analyst

Location: Hybrid role requiring onsite work at the Media and Commerce Centre at Chiswick Park, West London, two days per week

What you will do

• Provide regular reporting on digital, social commerce, and performance marketing results.
• Develop reporting that identifies performance drivers and supports trading decisions.
• Analyze customer journey data and identify opportunities to increase sales and customer growth.
• Use customer behavior analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and reduce low-productivity content production.
• Partner with the wider analytics community to ensure consistent, accurate, granular data tracking and reporting best practices.

Requirements

• Experience influencing commercial teams up to director level.
• Strong knowledge of onsite analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics, including data extraction and utilization.
• Advanced computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and data extraction and analysis tools.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, Python, or R is preferred for data analysis.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization software.
