What you will do
- Build and maintain dashboards and data models for key people metrics including headcount, attrition, engagement, and DEI.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and reporting frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, partnering with leadership to inform hiring and retention strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of people programs such as performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and L&D.
- Collaborate with HRIS and engineering teams to improve data architecture and accessibility.
- Automate manual reporting processes and establish best practices for data governance and documentation.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or people analytics.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for modeling and analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to El Segundo, CA.
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Understanding of statistics, experimentation, and forecasting methods.
- Experience in high-growth or operationally intensive environments.
