What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards and data models for key people metrics including headcount, attrition, engagement, and DEI.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and reporting frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, partnering with leadership to inform hiring and retention strategies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of people programs such as performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and L&D.
• Collaborate with HRIS and engineering teams to improve data architecture and accessibility.
• Automate manual reporting processes and establish best practices for data governance and documentation.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or people analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for modeling and analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to El Segundo, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Understanding of statistics, experimentation, and forecasting methods.
• Experience in high-growth or operationally intensive environments.
