Solution Delivery Consultant (Pharmacy)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. The role includes approximately 20% travel and may require extended or irregular hours to support clients across multiple time zones. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Prepare and perform system builds, testing, and data conversion tasks using the implementation methodology.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot software solutions across client environments.
• Partner with client stakeholders and project teams to support solution delivery, adoption, and improved operational outcomes.
• Analyze current-state department workflows, including pharmacy and medication-related processes.
• Report solution status, risks, and issues to clients and project leadership.
• Resolve complex issues and escalations with cross-functional teams while maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least one year of experience in healthcare information technology, systems management implementation, or consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global EHR solutions.
• Experience in clinical, human services, long-term care, senior living, or pharmacy environments.
• Knowledge of pharmacy workflows, operations, pharmacy management systems, or medication management processes.
