Associate Technical Specialist (Microsoft Intune)

Location: Hybrid, with two days per week in the office. Office locations: Osterley or Livingston, United Kingdom. Applicants must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support Unified Endpoint Management operations across the Windows and mobile estate using Microsoft Intune.
• Monitor endpoint security, compliance, configuration, and patching.
• Triage CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management elevation issues and escalate complex cases.
• Support endpoint platform operations, upgrades, testing, deployments, change activity, and service improvement.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and project tasks while providing first- and second-line endpoint support.
• Maintain accurate documentation for platform changes, workflows, and support processes, and participate in the out-of-hours support rota.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supporting Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, and compliance concepts.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to PowerShell, automation, or API-based tooling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
• Collaborative, reliable, accurate, consistent, and conscientious approach with a willingness to learn.
