Senior Technical Specialist (Microsoft Intune)

Location: Hybrid, with regular attendance at the Osterley or Livingston offices in the United Kingdom

What you will do

• Lead Unified Endpoint Management across Windows and mobile estates using Microsoft Intune, including policies, compliance settings, security controls, profiles, configurations, deployments, and patching.
• Manage CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager policies and build and maintain Privileged Access Workstation devices.
• Design and review endpoint management solutions, define engineering standards, and maintain operational processes and guidance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior colleagues, share knowledge, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead complex investigations, major incidents, root cause analysis, service requests, change delivery, platform upgrades, and continuous service improvement.
• Shape the endpoint technology roadmap and automate engineering operations using PowerShell, APIs, and modern management tooling; participate in the team’s on-call rota.

Requirements

• Substantial experience with Unified Endpoint Management and enterprise Windows endpoint support in a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and enterprise management practices.
• Experience leading technical change, service improvement initiatives, complex investigations, major incidents, and root cause analysis.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with scripting or automation experience using PowerShell and/or APIs.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and explaining complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, mentor engineers, and develop technical capability within a collaborative team.
