TL;DR
Technical Specialist (Microsoft Intune): Delivering and supporting unified endpoint management across Windows and mobile devices with an accent on Intune policies, endpoint security, compliance, and patch management. Focus on PowerShell automation, CyberArk privilege management, vulnerability remediation, and maintaining reliable endpoint services through operational support and technical projects.
Location: Hybrid, with two days per week in the office at Osterley or Livingston, UK. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Deliver Unified Endpoint Management services across Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Configure security, compliance, device configuration, patch management, and production deployment policies.
- Support CyberArk Privilege Management and maintain Privileged Access Workstation devices.
- Own endpoint platform capabilities, including security, reliability, documentation, upgrades, and service improvements.
- Manage incidents, service requests, project tasks, and second- and third-line endpoint support.
- Develop PowerShell automation, reporting solutions, and API integrations while supporting vulnerability remediation and technical projects.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Unified Endpoint Management in a large-scale Windows enterprise environment.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance, configuration profiles, device policies, or patch management.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or APIs, or a clear willingness to develop these skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding, and diagnostic capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and workflow description.
- Appropriate right to work in the UK is required; does not offer sponsorship for this position.
