Industrial Maintenance Technician I - Weekends 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin, United States; onsite weekend 2nd shift, Friday–Sunday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production, processing, utility, and facility equipment.
• Install and support the commissioning of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment with machine operators and provide training to minimize downtime.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Maintain building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systems, and electrical equipment.
• Follow and promote safety procedures, including hazardous-waste handling, lockout/tagout, and hearing and eye protection.

Requirements

• Three years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLCs, CMMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate machinery and lifts, perform fabrication and welding, read PLC logic, and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and work from elevated positions in a variable-climate manufacturing environment.
• Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States.

• Associate degree in Industrial Mechanical Technology.
