Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; hybrid work with regular in-person attendance at face-to-face client meetings.

What you will do

• Manage 20–40 mid-to-large Commercial Lines insurance accounts as the day-to-day client contact.
• Provide proactive client support and insurance technical expertise, including coverage reviews and responses to questions.
• Market and place new and renewal business by preparing applications, selecting carriers, comparing quotes, and recommending insurance programs.
• Manage renewal expirations, prevent lapses in coverage, and negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Process policies, endorsements, and audits while maintaining accurate records in agency management systems.
• Support account growth, delegate administrative tasks, and represent client interests in internal account strategy meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Commercial Lines insurance agency.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Must hold or be willing to earn a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal instruction.
• Comfort with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
• College degree preferred.

Nice to have

• ARM, CIC, CPCU, or another relevant industry designation.
• Knowledge of Sagitta or ImageRight.
• Awareness of insurance industry information, technology, and trends.
