Senior Account Manager (Personal Lines Insurance)

Location: Hybrid flexibility with remote work available, but candidates must live within reasonable travel distance of a Vermont or New Hampshire location for in-person training, team building, and strategic meetings.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 USD annually

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically Personal Lines.
• Active Property & Casualty License.
• Strong integrity, professionalism, reliability, and self-motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with computer systems and accurate data entry.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMS 360 or a similar agency management system.
