Account Manager, Commercial Lines

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day client service for an assigned commercial Property & Casualty book of business.
• Support renewal strategy, market selection, exposure gathering, submissions, proposals, binding, and placement activities.
• Handle client requests, carrier changes, certificates, invoices, policy and endorsement checks, audits, reports, and non-complex contract reviews.
• Maintain accurate system-of-record data, communications, policy documentation, billing information, and accounting requests.
• Support claims reporting and ongoing large-claim activity while coordinating with clients, carriers, wholesalers, producers, account executives, and vendors.
• Participate in corporate initiatives, new business activity, retention efforts, compliance remediation, and career-development assignments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance business.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Insurance licenses required by the company must be held.
• Must be based in Michigan, United States, for this remote role.
