What you will do

• Perform body repairs, including masking, sanding, and grinding, to restore vehicle surfaces.
• Apply primer and refinish paint while correcting surface defects.
• Remove and replace parts and repair plastic and substrates to meet quality standards.
• Perform Paintless Dent Repair and other reconditioning tasks for used, new, and customer vehicles.
• Maintain specialized equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and functionality.
• Follow hirify.global Paint Standards, 5S workplace organization, and Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

Requirements

• Complete New Associate Orientation Training – Operations.
• Meet the Associate 1 Competency Model and complete hirify.global timekeeping systems training for hourly associates.
• Meet performance standards for Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II, Flow Inventory Associate II, and Sr. Reconditioning Associate roles.
• Complete workstation certifications across relevant reconditioning areas and accurately read, interpret, and record data.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions, including outdoors, while handling multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Use hirify.global-provided respiratory protection and remain clean-shaven when using a half-face respirator.
