Parking Garage Assistant Manager

Salary: $27.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support daily parking facility operations, including staff supervision, delegation, coaching, scheduling, and training.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance monitoring while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and property managers and respond to guest concerns.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, maintenance activities, and project completion.
• Track ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to help prevent operational losses.
• Respond to accidents, incidents, and safety concerns while providing frontline coverage as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally with guests and address escalated concerns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work onsite in White Plains, New York.
