Technical Product Manager - AI Stockbroking

Location: United States; fully remote with flexibility to work across multiple countries and time zones within a distributed organization.

Global fintech organization building an AI-native stockbroking superapp for Southeast Asia across stockbroking, payments, wealth, and related financial services.

What you will do

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, execution, and launch outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering to shape architecture across APIs, data flows, databases, ledgering, reconciliation, scalability, security, and failure handling.
• Embed KYC, transaction monitoring, transaction limits, privacy, licensing, and other regulatory requirements into product design.
• Identify and implement meaningful AI opportunities with evaluation methods, safeguards, human oversight, reliability standards, and failure handling.
• Coordinate delivery across regulatory approvals, financial infrastructure, third-party partners, and other external dependencies.
• Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance while ensuring financial accuracy and trustworthy customer experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning complex technical products from strategy through production.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, distributed systems, failure modes, and scalable software platforms.
• Experience working with engineers on technical designs and architecture discussions.
• Professional experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, fintech, or another regulated, high-consequence environment.
• Practical experience building with LLMs or AI-powered products, including evaluation, reliability, safeguards, and appropriate use cases.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable working remotely across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.

Nice to have

• Engineering experience or a highly technical product background.
• Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-powered products.
