AI Product Manager (Fintech) (Payments and AI): Owning regulated financial product verticals end to end, from value-based backlogs and technical design to partner and regulatory-gated launches, with an accent on money-movement correctness, compliance, and AI product judgment. Focus on designing failure, retry, refund, reconciliation, and recovery paths; defining trustworthy LLM evaluation and human-in-the-loop controls; and balancing reliability, scalability, cost, speed, and UX.
Location: Remote, globally available across multiple countries and time zones. The role is associated with 's Manila, Philippines address.

What you will do
- Own a product vertical end to end, including outcomes, metrics, prioritised backlog, and precise acceptance criteria.
- Shape technical designs with engineering across system boundaries, APIs, data stores, queues, latency, scalability, security, and recovery.
- Design reliable money-movement flows covering idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation, partner-rail dependencies, retries, refunds, and rail outages.
- Make and defend trade-offs across correctness, delivery speed, cost, reliability, and user experience.
- Apply AI with defined decision boundaries, human oversight, evaluation methods, uncertainty handling, and traceability to real records.
- Coordinate launches across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Finance, external partners, and regulatory gates.
Requirements
- Significant experience owning complex technical products end to end, with strong judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity.
- Solid system design foundation, including boundaries, datastores, queues and workflows, APIs, failure modes, and consistency under concurrency.
- Experience in a regulated or high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance, or the ability to ramp up quickly.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and defining offline, online, or human-feedback evaluation approaches.
- Ability to understand and apply licensing, CDD/KYC, transaction limits, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy constraints.
- Strong English communication is required for collaboration across global teams.

- Engineering or highly technical product management background.
- Zero-to-one product development experience.
- Experience shipping AI-heavy consumer products or defining ML/LLM evaluation metrics.
- AI UX and failure-handling intuition.
- Southeast Asian market experience.
