Physician Assistant | Primary Care

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; full-time clinic role with both in-person and virtual patient visits.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive in-person and virtual primary care visits.
• Diagnose patients, prescribe medications, and create personalized health plans.
• Support early intervention, chronic disease management, prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted physician assistant license in the practicing state.
• Board certification as an FNP.
• DEA registration.
• Experience treating patients aged 2 and older.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing; 2+ years of primary care experience is preferred.
