What you will do

• Deliver nursing care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex.
• Provide hands-on primary care, chronic disease management, live-answer triage, and nurse-provider co-visits.
• Involve patients and families in care goals and communicate care plans across shifts and settings.
• Collaborate with providers, support staff, and ancillary services to coordinate care.
• Use evidence and national or specialty standards to guide practice and identify improvements.
• Apply clinical decision-making and critical-thinking skills in daily practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Availability Monday through Friday, with either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days within the 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. schedule.
