What you will do
- Deliver access control and CCTV system projects from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment, commissioning, and closure.
- Configure, optimise, integrate, and provide expert support for Genetec security platforms.
- Develop enterprise architecture, solution designs, technical specifications, schematics, and implementation documentation.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions, define requirements and scope, and collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and internal business units.
- Support procurement and technology evaluation activities, including RFIs, RFPs, business cases, and supplier assessments.
- Provide escalation support, knowledge transfer, and training for operational teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience designing, deploying, and supporting electronic security and access control systems.
- Strong knowledge of IP-based security systems, networking, video surveillance, integrations, and migration activities.
- Expertise in integrated enterprise physical and technical security solutions, including ICT infrastructure, hosting environments, and network architectures.
- Experience delivering physical security systems and application projects in a large corporate or enterprise environment.
Nice to have
- Genetec Access Control, AACS, CCTV, and VMS certifications or experience.
- Experience with Lenel, CCURE, Milestone, or Victor platforms.
- Experience delivering electronic security upgrades, transformations, and migration programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisational, reporting, and implementation-planning skills.
