Field Service Technician (Entry Level) (Industrial Equipment)

Location: Denver, CO; candidate must live in the specified city and work onsite at customer locations.

Salary: $26.60–$29.90 per hour

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing and related commercial foodservice or laundry equipment.
• Work independently in customer facilities and deliver service focused on customer retention rather than sales.
• Use root cause analysis to diagnose equipment and maintenance issues.
• Travel between customer accounts, spending approximately 30% of the workday driving in city, rural, and expressway conditions.
• Provide on-call coverage, including occasional weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, ladder and stair climbing, and working in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; training is provided.
• Basic understanding of electronics, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical systems.
• Working knowledge of tools, data, implements, and service requirements.
• Proficiency with laptops and mobile phones, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle are required.
• Must be eligible to work onsite at customer facilities; immigration sponsorship is not available.
